Payments are nonrefundable except as outlined in these Terms. If you make a payment to OSSA.AI, you are entitled to request a refund of that payment within seven (7) days of the original payment date. Refunds only apply to accounts which have the full credit balance on the account. Users who have used credits following the purchase of a subscription are not entitled to a refund.
