Reactivating your plan is simple and easy and can be done without the assistance of customer support.
Follow these steps to reactivate your plan
Step 1: Go to your settings
Go to https://ossa.ai/settings to open your account settings
Step 2: Open your billing portal
Step 3: Click on your Deactivated Subscription
Step 4: Click on Reactivate Subscription
Step 5: Confirm the Reactivation
NOTE: This may charge your card if your subscription is past the renewal date.
