In OSSA.AI's Advanced Settings, you can apply a Pattern Interrupt effect to the beginning of your short-form videos.

This technique is designed to grab the attention of social media users who are rapidly scrolling through content, encouraging them to stop and engage with your video.

Why Use a Pattern Interrupt?

When social media users are scrolling through their feeds, they can quickly become locked into a pattern of consuming content without fully engaging with it.

By incorporating a Pattern Interrupt at the start of your video, you can:

  1. Break the scrolling habit and capture the user's attention

  2. Increase the likelihood that users will watch your video in its entirety

  3. Boost engagement rates and overall video performance

Pattern Interrupt Options

  1. None (default): No Pattern Interrupt effect is applied to your video.

  2. Shake: The video begins with a shaking effect, simulating a camera shake or jitter.

  3. Zoom Out: The video starts with a quick zoom out effect, revealing more of the scene.

  4. Aggressive Zoom Out: Similar to the Zoom Out option, but with a more rapid and pronounced zooming effect.
